Research Interests Summary:

From this program, I hope to further pique my ambitions of not just an appreciation for a spectrum of films, but also a deeper understanding of films as a scholar. So far, the area I’m most interested in is the historical approach of films. I am very fascinated with how the particular media has been shaped, but also how we are being shaped along with its ever-evolving state. I hope to better my knowledge in theoretical knowledge during my time in the program.
